Le groupe Keter est l’un des leaders mondiaux de la fabrication et de la distribution de produits de consommation en plastique, et sa réputation s’étend au niveau mondial sur les marchés du DIY (Do It Yourself) et des produits destinés à la maison et au jardin. Le groupe est présent en France via sa filiale Allibert.

L’équipe de Linklaters était menée par Vincent Ponsonnaille et Alex Woodward, associés du département Corporate/M&A. Les aspects de droit bancaire ont été traités par les associés Brian Gray et Kathryn Merryfield, et Edouard Chapellier, associé, a conseillé sur les aspects fiscaux.
