King & Wood Mallesons a annoncé hier la nomination de Michael Cziesla, associé au sein du bureau de Francfort, en qualité de nouveau Senior Partner Europe et Moyen-Orient. Cette nomination prend effet immédiatement et pour une durée de trois ans.

Michael Cziesla est un avocat spécialisé en Corporate et plus particulièrement dans les opérations de fusions-acquisitions multi-juridictionnelles et transfrontalières, secondaires, de rachat par endettement, de désinvestissement, de joint-venture et également dans les opérations de restructuration. Il conseille aussi bien des clients allemands qu’internationaux notamment dans les secteurs réglementés. Michael est depuis plusieurs années associé Corporate au sein de KWM et travaille régulièrement avec les différents bureaux européens. Il a également été détaché six mois au sein du bureau de Londres. Michael a rejoint KWM en 2013 et est également le Managing Partner du bureau allemand.
